Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions describe the rules for using pinco-global.com and the services made available through the website. Read them together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling guidance, AML / KYC Policy and any rules attached to a game, payment method or promotion.

1. Operator and scope

The operator identified on this website is Carlitta N.V., registration number 162777, with its business address at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N (Zuikertuin Tower), Curaçao. The licence reference displayed on the website is OGL/2024/1516/0841. Liriona Ltd acts as a payment agent for Carlitta N.V.

These terms cover access to the website, use of an account and participation in the services. Where a connected platform provides an account, game or payment function, the conditions displayed with that function also apply. A licence reference does not remove restrictions that apply in your country.

2. Eligibility and access

The minimum age stated for use of this website is 21. You must also meet any higher age requirement and other eligibility restrictions that apply where you are located. Do not register or participate if gambling is prohibited for you, your location is restricted or an exclusion applies to you.

Provide your true country of residence and personal details. You must not hide your location, impersonate another person or use someone else’s identity to obtain access. Access may be restricted when eligibility cannot be established.

3. Registration and account ownership

Create an account using accurate, complete and current information that belongs to you. Keep access to the email address or telephone number associated with the account and update your details when they change. An account is for its registered owner’s personal use.

Do not open duplicate accounts, share an account, sell access or allow another person to place bets or request payments on your behalf. If you already have an account, use the recovery process rather than registering again.

4. Passwords and account security

Choose a unique password and keep login credentials and verification codes confidential. Sign out on shared devices and use a secure connection. Support will not need your password, a one-time login code or the security code printed on your bank card.

Report suspected unauthorised access through the support channel inside your account. Supply the relevant dates and activity details without sending secret credentials. Access or transactions may be restricted while a security concern is investigated.

5. Verification and financial checks

Identity, age, address, payment ownership and the origin of funds may need to be checked before account functions or a transaction can be completed. Follow the secure document-upload instructions shown in your profile.

Submit genuine documents and cooperate with reasonable requests for clarification. The AML / KYC Policy explains these checks. Using cryptocurrency does not remove verification requirements. A request may remain pending while necessary checks are incomplete.

6. Deposits and payment methods

Use payment methods held in your own name and money you are authorised to spend. Before confirming a deposit, review the currency, amount, method limits, conversion rate and any fee displayed by the cashier or your payment provider. Keep the payment reference.

For a cryptocurrency transfer, check the asset, network and receiving address before sending funds. Do not assume that networks using the same asset name are interchangeable. Confirm the status of a delayed payment before sending another one.

7. Withdrawals

Submit withdrawal requests through the account and confirm the destination details. A method used for deposits may have a different withdrawal process. Any checks, transaction limits or bonus conditions affecting the request are shown in the account or the applicable rules.

Processing can include an account review and separate handling by a bank, payment provider or blockchain network. Follow the status of the request in your account. If you need assistance, provide the reference, date, currency and amount through the account support channel.

8. Games, bets and results

Read the rules and paytable of a game before staking money. For sports, review the event, market, selection, odds and settlement rules before confirming a bet. The accepted transaction and its associated rules determine how it is settled.

Gambling involves the risk of loss. RTP is a theoretical long-term measure and does not predict the result of a particular session. Demo play, illustrations and previous outcomes do not establish what will happen in a real-money round.

9. Bonuses and promotions

Each promotion has its own eligibility conditions, qualifying deposit, duration, wagering requirements, permitted games and any limits on stakes or withdrawals. Read those conditions before accepting an offer or entering a promotional code.

Free spins, cashback, loyalty points and other rewards can have separate conditions. A wagering requirement may apply to the bonus alone or to a different amount specified in the offer. Do not create additional accounts or coordinate activity to bypass promotional restrictions.

10. Prohibited activity and errors

Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, payment abuse, account sharing, collusion, manipulation or unlawful activity. Do not interfere with the website, exploit a technical fault or attempt to access another person’s account or confidential information.

If a balance, game result or transaction appears incorrect, stop the affected activity and contact support. Describe the error and retain the relevant records. Do not rely on an obvious display error as confirmation that a bet, payment or result has been accepted.

11. Restrictions, closure and responsible play

An account or transaction may need to be restricted while eligibility, security, payment or compliance concerns are reviewed. Any resulting decision must take account of the applicable rules and any legal obligations affecting the account. A restriction does not by itself determine ownership of a disputed balance.

Contact account support if you want to stop playing, close an account, request a break or ask about self-exclusion. Do not use another account to get around an exclusion. Responsible Gambling guidance is available on a separate page.

12. Questions, complaints and changes

For an account or payment issue, contact support through the account and explain what happened. Include relevant dates, payment references and the outcome you are requesting. Keep the case number and ask for the formal complaints process if the matter remains unresolved.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page. Review the version relevant to your use of the service and any notice supplied with an account or promotion. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
